Nikki has a long standing relationship with fitness which eventually developed into becoming a personal trainer.
She has developed a love of playing Rugby and plays for Sale F.C Rugby as a winger, her training is based around improving her performance on the pitch and has given her an insight into training in a competitive environment.
Rugby has also seen her connect with Loose headz, an organisation set up to build awareness around Mental Health, she has become a leading ambassador for them.
In 2021 Nikki has taken on the challenge of competing in bodybuilding, again placing herself in an environment where there is pressure to be at her absolute best.
