I have had a long and diverse relationship with and fitness: I danced ballet, tap and modern for 13 years, before becoming a keen runner and completing a number of events including the London Marathon. After the marathon, I developed a love for resistance training, which spurred my decision to become a Personal Trainer.

I am passionate about delivering a challenging workout, in a friendly and encouraging atmosphere, with an emphasis on correct form and technique. My goal is to have my clients leave their sessions with their mood elevated and feeling stronger in mind and body!
